I worked with Margaret Ogden and the Pennsylvania Interbranch Commission for Gender, Racial and Ethnic Fairness to create a brochure that court officials and staff will receive to help them understand and combat issues of bias and implicit bias in the PA Courts. Designed by Andrea Pekelnicky. Read the whole thing.
In addition, we created a print piece for an implicit bias/Commission event hosted in Philadelphia in March 2019. The piece highlights the commission’s work over the last 15 years. Read that here.
Wanted to keep this light and tight. To let imagery and poetry give a final send off.
There is one place …
where the wonders of thought are revealed in silence where the miracles of nature are given a home where inquiry and creativity collide and create fire.
There is one place that takes you on a journey to see the world while you simultaneously discover your own where victories big and small are a daily affair where a small, tight-knit community supports each other in a number of ways and that place is William Woods University.
William Woods University is a small, liberal arts college in Fulton, Missouri. Their story is one that I was excited to tell. They are well known for their amazing Equestrian and American Sign Language programs, but there are many more hidden gems — other areas where they’re pioneers as well, like education and adult degrees. See a pdf of the complete viewbook.
This piece is a small part of a big, rebranding and redesign of everything William Woods University. This brochure highlights a unique financial-aid award program at William Woods University that I have yet to find at another school. $5,000 is awarded automatically to their students’ tuition for getting involved in specific LEAD campus activities.
I worked on these for Elliance with our awesome designer: Krystal Duke
